Job summary

Top Gear Recruitment Solutions is seeking a HGV1/LGV1/Class1/C+E driver for a prestigious client in Rugeley. You will operate curtain-sided vehicles with 17:00–19:00 starts, typically Monday to Friday, handling local drops or nationwide trunking.

You must hold a HGV1/LGV1/Class1/C+E licence for at least 6 months with 3 months experience, have no major convictions, and possess a valid CPC and tachograph card. Weekly pay and ongoing work available.

Qualifications

• HGV1/LGV1/Class1/C+E licence held for at least 6 months and 3 months within this period.
• No major driving convictions.
• Valid Driver CPC and digital tachograph card.

Responsibilities

• Start time between 1700 and 1900.
• Usually work Monday to Friday.
• Drive curtain sided vehicle.
• Carry out up to 2 drops if local or trunking nationwide.
• Distribution centre deliveries with little to no handball.
• Ongoing position offered.

HGV1/LGV1/Class1/Class One/Category C+E Driver

Our prestigous client based in Rugeley are urgently seeking a HGV1/LGV1/Class1/Class One/Category C+E Driver

As a HGV1/LGV1/Class1/Class One/Category C+E Driver, your duties will include the following:

• Any start time between 1700 and 1900
• Usually working Monday to Friday
• Driving a curtain sided vehicle
• Either carrying out up to 2 x drops if local or trunking nationwide of general haulage
• Distribution centre deliveries where there is usually no handball involved
• Ongoing position on offer

The ideal HGV1/LGV1/Class1/Class One/Category C+E Driver will have the following:

• Held your HGV1/LGV1/Class1/Class One/Category C+E driving licence for atleast 6 months and have at least 3 months experience within this period
• Have no major driving conviction
• Hold a valid driver CPC and digital tachograph card

The successful HGV1/LGV1/Class1/Class One/Category C+E Driver can expect the following:

• A highly compitetive hourly rate of £19.05 per hour inclusive of holiday pay, we also offer the option of accrued holiday if required
