Job summary

Talent Solutions RPO in Northwich, England is seeking an experienced Class 1 HGV Driver to join a leading food manufacturing business. You will drive Class 1 (C+E) vehicles, deliver to customers and distribution sites, complete paperwork, and maintain safety and quality standards.

The role offers a stable, permanent position with a modern fleet, ongoing training, and a focus on safety and customer service. Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years' Class 1 experience and a valid licence.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class 1 (C+E) licence.
• Solid understanding of tachographs and driver hours regulations.
• Strong focus on safety, compliance and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Drive Class 1 (C+E) vehicles safely following planned routes and schedules.
• Deliver products accurately and on time while ensuring great customer service.
• Complete delivery paperwork and use digital systems as required.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects.
• Follow transport regulations including Drivers' Hours, WTD, tachograph, and load security.

• Good understanding of tachograph and driver hours regulations.
• Strong focus on safety, compliance, and customer service.
