Job summary

365 People Ltd. is recruiting HGV Class 1 drivers for ongoing refrigerated distribution around Castle Donington and Bardon. Expect regular AM/PM shifts, with 8–10 hour average days and opportunities for temp-to-perm roles.

Shifts include 4 on/4 off, 5 on/3 off, and 6 on/2 off patterns. LTD pay is £210 per shift; PAYE £190 per shift, with a focus on reliable, punctual drivers and flexible start times.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence required.
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
• Minimum 1 year driving experience, refrigerated delivery preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food products to RDCs with refrigerated trailers.
• Load and unload using a LLOP.
• Operate across flexible AM/PM shifts and 7-day operation.

Looking for regular Class 1 work with flexible shift patterns and excellent earning potential? 365 People are urgently recruiting HGV Class 1 Drivers on behalf of our client for ongoing refrigerated distribution work based around Castle Donington and Bardon. We have 4 positions available with immediate starts for reliable drivers looking for consistent work, regular shifts and the opportunity to secure a permanent position.

The Role

Delivering food products to distribution centres (RDCs). Refrigerated trailer work. AM starts between 03:00 – 12:00 PM starts between 14:00 – 23:00. Average shifts of 8–10 hours. Loading and unloading using a LLOP. Predominantly preloaded trailers expected from mid November. Ongoing work, 7-day operation.

Shift Patterns Available

• 4 on / 4 off
• 5 on / 3 off
• 6 on / 2 off

Start times will remain relatively consistent throughout the week, with some flexibility required.

Pay & Benefits
