Job description

Explore Plant and Transport Solutions are recruiting on behalf of East Suffolk Logistics.

East Suffolk Logistics specializes in providing innovative and cost-effective international transport solutions. Our fleet includes over 25 tractor units and a variety of specialist trailers to meet customer needs. Supported by a team of qualified haulage experts, we are equipped to fulfill our clients' transport requirements.

We are currently recruiting drivers for the following shift pattern: Monday to Friday.

Required Experience and Skills:

• Crucial experience driving Category 2 Heavy Haulage vehicles.
• Experience in loading, unloading, and securing plant equipment, especially on construction sites.
• Ability to follow movement orders accurately.
• C+E Licence required.

• Ability to load and unload securely, applying proper securing techniques.
• Adherence to all traffic laws, road regulations, and safety standards.
• Good communication skills to understand instructions and liaise effectively with colleagues and customers.

Qualifications:

• Full UK driving licence.
• NPORS, CSCS, Lorry Loader, IPAF qualifications preferred.

This is a permanent position, subject to a successful probation period.
