Job summary

Attega Group Ltd. is seeking an experienced HGV Drainage Engineer to operate tanker units across Sheffield and surrounding areas. The role includes nights, overtime, and staying away from home with accommodation provided. A strong focus on safety, timely maintenance, and teamwork is essential.

The position offers a basic rate of £19.58 per hour with significant overtime potential (£50k–£60k) and a comprehensive benefits package. Previous drainage experience and a Class 2 license are required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in the drainage industry.
• Problem solving and attention to detail are essential.
• The role requires operating a tanker and adhering to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Operate a HGV tanker to carry out pre-planned maintenance works.
• Maintain the vehicle and equipment in top condition.
• Perform vacuum tanker operations and wastewater management.
• Adhere to health and safety policies and safety protocols for HGV operations.
• Work with an assistant and feed back information to the office.
• Support the CCTV & Drainage teams in surveys and investigations.
