Job summary

Willow Pumps Limited in Aylesford is seeking an HGV Combination Tanker Driver Operator who will provide essential services while ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of health and safety protocols and the ability to maintain accurate documentation.

You will operate high-pressure water jetting equipment, support maintenance of customer assets, and provide exceptional technical expertise. A minimum of two years driving experience with an HGV class 2 licence is essential, alongside a commitment to ongoing personal development.

HGV Combination Tanker Driver Operator

Willow Pumps – Aylesford

OTE £60,000 + per annum inclusive of uncapped OT

Responsibilities

Your communication skills will ensure that customers end their experience of the company’s service feeling delighted and willing to recommend you to others.

You must be used to working in a similar position within the industry and will therefore understand the requirements and constraints placed upon this role both in terms of Health & Safety, and customers’ expectations. You will also understand the need to maintain an accurate and detailed documentation trail.

• Carrying out a range of services associated with the cleaning, clearance, repair, and maintenance of our customers’ assets
• Operation of High-Pressure Water Jetting Equipment in line with rigorous safety standards
• Providing an exceptional standard of customer service and technical expertise
• Accurately recording work/job details via a range of bespoke internal/client systems and apps
• Being part of an on-call rota to help service our clients 24/7 / 365 days a year.

Requirements

• Minimum HGV class 2 (Category C) licence with minimum of 2 years driving experience
• High pressure water jetting experience and HPWJ ticket essential
• Relative H&S training - CSCS or EUSR / HPWJ / Street works
• Excellent problem-solving ability with sound technical knowledge
• Have a positive, flexible, can-do attitude
• Want to be part of a growing and progressive business
• Be willing to work some unsociable hours - Early starts, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight work may be required.
• Full UK driving licence
• Must live within a 45 minute commute to the Aylesford office.
