Job Title: HGV/ Cleaning Night Supervisor

Pay Rate: £19.20 per hour

Contract Type: Permanent

Type of Employment: Full Time

Hours: 38.7 hours per week

Shift Pattern: 4 on/off 18:30-06:30

Location: Heathrow Airport, Building 1156, Newall Road, Hounslow, Greater London, England, TW6 2RZ

Compulsory Requirements

• FULL/ VALID UK AND HGV/CPC LICENCE
• FULL 5 YEARS UK EMPLOYMENT HISTORY WITH NO GAPS
• CLEAN DBS
• VALID PASSPORT WITH SHARE CODE (if applicable)
• SUPERVISOR EXPERIENCE (Cleaning preferred)

We are seeking an experienced HGV Mobile Cleaning Night Supervisor to manage a cleaning team at Mitie, including recruitment, staff development, and maintaining high service standards for routine and periodic cleaning tasks.

You will oversee the delivery of cleaning services, ensure staff follow schedules and health & safety procedures, provide technical training, distribute uniforms, monitor cleanliness standards, and manage stock orders. You will address issues professionally, escalating to your line manager when necessary.

The ideal candidate will have supervisory and cleaning experience, excellent communication skills, reliability, professionalism, and the ability to work independently to a schedule.
