Proactive Personnel are recruiting for HGV Class One Drivers in the Skelmersdale area. This work involves days or nights shifts on a 4 on 4 off or 5 on 3 off rota. The work primarily includes trunking, with some store deliveries.

Shift pattern

• Ad hoc 7 days a week
• 5 on 3 off days or nights
• 4 on 4 off days and nights

The Role

• Easy trunking in a box trailer
• Store delivery on a curtain side
• 1-3 deliveries to stores and 1 drop on trunking
• Average shift length is 8-12 hours

Pay Rates

• Monday to Friday Stores on Days - £170
• Monday to Friday Stores on Nights - £185
• Saturday Days on Stores - £190
• Saturday Nights on Stores - £210
• Sunday Days on Stores - £200
• Sunday Nights on Stores - £220
• Monday to Friday Trunks on Days - £163
• Monday to Friday Trunks on Nights - £177
• Saturday Days on Trunks - £180
• Saturday Nights on Trunks - £190
• Sunday Days on Trunks - £180
• Sunday Nights on Trunks - £200

All rates are based on a 12-hour shift, but shifts are unlikely to reach 12 hours. Shifts completed in less than 12 hours will still be paid at the full rate.

Requirements

• HGV Class 1 license
• Valid CPC and Digi card
• No more than 9 points
• At least 2 years of HGV experience
