Job summary

Metro Rod West Yorkshire is seeking an experienced HGV Tanker Driver (HGV Class 2) to operate our Bucher Flexline/Cityflex Tanker unit, perform cleaning, clearance and maintenance of drainage systems, and deliver exceptional customer service.

You will predominantly handle pre-planned maintenance with some emergency reactive work, and be part of a growing, franchised group with a strong local presence in West Yorkshire.

Qualifications

• Experienced HGV Driver Class 2 with drainage sector experience.
• Experience driving Bucher Flexline/Cityflex Tanker preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• IT literacy including smartphone technology.
• CSCS, HPWJ, Confined Spaces and related cards preferred.
• Willing to work occasional/unsociable hours, weekends/nights.
• Hold a full UK driving licence and HGV Class 2 licence.

Responsibilities

• Operate Bucher Flexline/Cityflex Tanker unit and carry out cleaning, clearance, repair, and maintenance of drainage systems.
• Deliver an exceptional standard of customer service and technical expertise; perform pre-planned maintenance and emergency reactive work as required.
