HGV Class 2 Tanker Driver

We are currently seeking an HGV Class 2 Tanker Driver for a full-time, permanent position based in Stroud. This role offers a competitive salary of £35,000 per annum. Working Monday to Friday, you'll start around 06:30 and work approximately 9 hours per day. Weekend overtime is available but not mandatory.

As a permanent member of our client’s team, you will be responsible for the removal, disposal, and management of wastewater and liquid waste using a vacuum tanker. Previous experience is required, and an immediate start is desirable following a successful interview.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver and collect waste liquid using a Class 2 (Cat C) tanker vehicle
2. Complete delivery notes and paperwork accurately
3. Represent the company professionally with a positive attitude
4. Carry out daily vehicle checks to ensure the vehicle is roadworthy
5. Always deliver customer service

What We’re Looking For:

1. Previous Class 2 HGV rigid axel tanker driving experience
2. Someone comfortable working around waste and strong odours
3. Full, in-date UK HGV Class 2 driving licence
4. Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph cards
5. Positive and professional 'can do' attitude
6. Maximum of 9 points for minor endorsements
