The Best Connection Group is currently seeking HGV Cat C drivers for a client in Winchester. This role has no multi-drop or heavy lifting, with a Monday to Friday schedule and ample overtime available throughout the week. Full training is provided to get you operational.

The advertised annual salary is £43,000 with a realistic take-home around £48,000. Benefits include 32 days of annual leave, ongoing overtime, and paid standby at overtime rates.

Formación

• HGV Cat C licence required.
• Previous driving experience preferred.
• Valid CPC and tachograph knowledge helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Drive a water tanker and assist with drainage-related tasks.
• Complete daily reports on completion or issues for each assignment.
• Move between sites as required and adhere to health and safety procedures.

The Best Connection are currently looking for HGV Cat C drivers to work for our client based in Winchester. The job has NO multi-drop - NO heavy lifting. It is Monday to Friday with plenty of overtime available 7 days a week. The annual salary is £43 k basic with a very realistic annual take home of £48+k. full training is provided. Here are all the details:

• The normal working week is Monday to Friday with overtime paid after 50 hours and also available at weekends.
• The standard hours of work are 6.00 AM to 4.30 PM
• You will receive full training all aspects of the job including;
• All health and safety systems and processes. Work completion methods
• Safe systems of work, Vehicle and equipment handling
• A typical working day will be to driver a water tanker and clear blockages to ensure rain water etc drains freely on all roads and any excess water is removed. This will include Drainage work. The work will involve moving from one job to the next to the next reporting any work issues or completions on each assignment.
• There is an immediate start to the work and subject to successfully completing a 16 week probation you will be given a permanent position.
