Job description

Our Client is looking for a few HGV Class 2 drivers for their depots in Bridgwater and Yeovil for Refuse collection work. This is a temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate.

Work is Monday till Friday from 06:15 until 14:45 with occasional extra hours available. Basic pay is 16 per hour and overtime rate 1.5 of basic. A good amount of overtime hours is available pretty much every day and it might involve earlier starts and late finishes.

Client considers freshly passed drivers (although some experience is ideal) and the work involves handball as well as driving (giving loaders a hand with the bins).

Following a successful assessment the work is available straight away.

Our ideal driver:

- Will have previous HGV Class 2 experience (ideally with Stillage Vehicles, Kerbside Loaders and RCV)

- Will have a positive attitude and be willing to handball when necessary

- Will have full UK driving licence, CPC and Tacho (no more than 6 points depending on the code)
