Job Overview

Pure Staff has a fantastic opportunity for a qualified HGV Class 2 HIAB Driver interested in ongoing work starting in Kingston upon Thames, London.

This role is Monday to Friday, with potential weekend work if required by the client.

Pay Rate

Days Monday to Friday: £20.00 per hour (excluding holiday pay, which is paid separately)

Note: Candidates of Pure Staff do not pay weekly umbrella margins or payroll processing fees.

Job Responsibilities

• Delivering building materials nationwide, typically 1-3 drops per day
• Performing daily vehicle checks
• Maintaining professionalism when dealing with customers
• Completing assessments before work begins
• Wearing appropriate PPE (safety boots and hi-vis)

Candidate Requirements

• Class 2 HGV license with at least 1 year driving experience
• HIAB license with at least 1 year experience
• 12 months relevant experience
• Valid CPC
• Clean driving license with no more than 6 points (no TT, TS, MS, DR, DD codes)

Working Hours

Start times around 07:00 to 16:00; shifts can be long, up to 10-12 hours, in accordance with tachograph law.
