Job summary

GXO Logistics is seeking a Class 2 HIAB Driver in Bicester to support Wickes home-delivery operations. The role runs Monday to Friday, starting at 07:00, with occasional peak-period Saturdays paid at a premium.

You will handle multidrop deliveries, maintain safety standards and deliver excellent customer service across Wickes stores. The package includes 25 days of annual leave, 8 bank holidays, an KPI bonus, and benefits such as Wickes and RAC discounts, plus access to the Hapi App platform for

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with Class 2 entitlement.
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card.
• Driver Qualification Card (Driver CPC) required.
• HIAB licence – ALLMI or equivalent is an advantage.
• Experience in customer-facing roles is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bulk items to customers’ homes using a Class 2 HIAB vehicle from Wickes stores.
• Adhere to safe working practices to ensure safety of yourself and others.
• Flexibility with start times according to business needs.
• Provide excellent face-to-face customer service on every delivery.

This is a full-time, permanent role, working 39 hours per week, starting at 07:00, Monday to Friday, with the occasional peak-period Saturday at premium pay.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Delivering bulk items to customers’ homes using aClass 2 HIAB vehiclefrom Wickes stores

• A flexible approach to working start times as dictated by the needs of the business
• Providing excellent face to face customer service to customer

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• A full UK driving licence with category class 2 entitlement
• Be in possession of a validDigital Tachograph CardandDriver Qualification Card(Driver CPC)
• Previous experience in a customer facing role would be an advantage
• Have a positive, flexible attitude toward work and be a reliable timekeeper with the ability to work independently
• HIAB licence – ALLMI or equivalent an advantage however not essential
• Successful candidates will be required to pass a DBS check.
