HGV Class 2 HIAB Driver

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, approximately 40 hours per week

Job Description:

This position involves delivering on behalf of a well-established builders merchant. You will work with a friendly team and are expected to make successful and safe deliveries to customers in the Barrow, Ulverston, and Lakes areas.

Your responsibilities include conducting daily walk-around checks, reporting vehicle defects, safely transporting and delivering goods, and providing excellent customer service. Typically, you will make around 10 drops per day.

This role is initially for up to 10 weeks, with the possibility of becoming a permanent position for the right candidate.

Uniform, safety boots, and outerwear will be provided.
