Job summary

FM Conway is seeking a full-time HGV Class 2 Grab Driver to join our Transport Division from Heathrow depot. You will drive an allocated grab vehicle to transport asphalt and aggregates to sites, working Monday to Friday 06:00-16:00.

A full UK driving licence with HGV Class 2, CPC and Digital Tachograph card is required. Grabdriver and asphalt experience are essential. This role offers a stable schedule and the opportunity to contribute to essential highway projects across the region.

Job description

HGV Class 2 Grab Driver

FM Conway is currently seeking a HGV Class 2 Grab Driver to join our Transport Division based from our Heathrow depot. As our HGV Class 2 Grab Driver, you will drive an allocated grab vehicle to transport asphalt and aggregate to various sites. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis, working Monday to Friday 06:00-16:00.

Responsibilities

• Driving and operating Class 2 HGV to/from site
• Transporting asphalt to our customers in a safe and professional manner
• Working in conjunction with your supervisor’s instructions
• Maintaining vehicle and equipment in line with established company standards
• Completing and submitting the required daily defect sheet
• Acting in accordance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications

You will hold a full UK driving license, a HGV Class 2 license as well as a full CPC and Digital Tachograph card. Grabdriver and asphalt experience is essential.
