Job summary

Brakes is a top UK food business and a proud part of Sysco. Eastleigh is seeking an HGV Class 2 Driver to deliver ambient, chilled and frozen products to customers across the local region.

You will start at 06:00am, Monday to Friday with 1 in 4 Saturdays, working 45 hours per week. You will ensure safe deliveries, uphold food hygiene standards and maintain load plans and records while building strong relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• Qualified HGV Class 2 driver with valid CPC cards.
• Eye for detail and a proactive approach to work.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Ability to follow processes and procedures.
• Flexibility to work in a shift system.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ambient, chilled and frozen products to customers safely.
• Ensure on-time deliveries with high food hygiene standards.
• Maintain load plans and complete accurate records.
• Build positive relationships with colleagues and customers.
