Looking for steady work with a 3-day weekend every week? We’re hiring Class 2 drivers to support our recycling and waste management client in Leicestershire.

We’re seeking HGV Class 2 drivers for an exciting opportunity supporting a leading name in the recycling and waste management sector. Based in Leicestershire, this role offers consistent daytime hours from Tuesday to Friday, giving you a long weekend every week.

You’ll work alongside a team of loaders, collecting household and commercial recycling materials before delivering them to designated recycling points across the Midlands. This role suits reliable, hardworking individuals who thrive in a team environment and are looking for long-term, stable work.

Duration: Start ASAP! Ongoing work leading to permanent contract

Contract Type: Temporary

Hourly Rate: Pay rate is £14.67 per hour.Holidays accrued from your first shift, up to 28 days per year (pro rata)Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this role

Working Hours: This position is from Tuesday to Friday, starting at 6:30am and finish work depending on your route. You can expect to work up to 40 hours during the 4 days

Experience & Qualifications

Requirements:
• Valid Full UK Driving Licence with HGV Class 2 (Cat C) entitlement
• Up-to-date Digital Tachograph Card and CPC Card
• No more than 6 points on your licence (no DD, DR, or IN codes)
• Must be seeking a full-time role with potential for a permanent contract
• Able to start immediately after site induction and driving assessment
• Able to provide full references
