Drivers Today is seeking experienced HGV Class 2 drivers for a permanent position in Stoke-on-Trent. The role offers a TEMP-TO-PERM path with Monday to Friday day shifts and regular, stable hours, delivering pallets to commercial/industrial sites.

You'll operate curtain-sided vehicles on multi-drop routes, maintain daily checks, and uphold safety and customer service standards while pursuing permanent employment with an established transport company.

Qualifications

• HGV Class 2 / Category C licence required.
• Driver CPC required.
• Digital Tachograph Card required.
• Previous HGV Class 2 driving experience preferred.
• Multi-drop pallet distribution experience preferred.
• Confident operating curtain-sided vehicles.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable attendance and excellent timekeeping.
• Interest in securing permanent employment.

Responsibilities

The Job

You’ll be carrying out HGV Class 2 multi-drop pallet deliveries and collectionsusing curtain-sided vehicles.
