Restore Datashred in South Kirkby is seeking a dependable HGV Class 2 Driver for secure collections. This role blends professional driving with hands-on manual handling as part of our secure collections team, visiting client sites and ensuring confidential documents are safely transported for destruction.

You will carry out vehicle checks, load equipment securely, and use the PDA to record daily collections; the role offers a permanent contract, 45 hours per week, a £36,300 salary with a £500

Qualifications

• Holder of a full UK Class 2 driving licence.
• Comfort with manual handling and physical work.
• Good knowledge of tachograph use and driving-time rules.

Responsibilities

• Handle heavy sacks and move them to secure containers and transport to the vehicle.
• Collect and transport confidential waste streams.
• Navigate client sites and maintain professional client relations.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report issues promptly.
• Ensure paperwork is completed and handed in after each shift.
