Job summary

Manpower is recruiting experienced HGV Class 2 drivers to support a rail contract across London. You will operate a rear-steer dustcart, collect commercial waste from railway stations and sites, and maintain safety through daily inspections.

The role requires adherence to safety protocols and accurate paperwork, with regular day shifts and opportunities for nights and overtime. Ideal candidates hold a valid HGV Class 2 licence, CPC and Tachograph cards, plus a strong safety mindset and teamwork

Qualifications

• Valid HGV Class 2 (Cat C) licence and Driver CPC required.
• Digital Tachograph card and prior HGV driving experience preferred.
• Strong commitment to safety and compliance with good teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Operate a rear-steer HGV dustcart on planned routes.
• Collect commercial waste from railway stations and rail sites across London.
• Carry out daily vehicle safety inspections and defect reporting.
• Work with your crew to complete collections safely and efficiently.
• Follow health and safety procedures and complete paperwork accurately.
