Job summary

GAP Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a dedicated HGV Driver to join our Plant & Tool Division. You will load, deliver, and collect hire equipment such as diggers, dumpers, and power tools to construction and infrastructure sites across the UK, ensuring safety at all times.

You’ll handle on-site demonstrations, checks, and paperwork, working in a role that keeps projects moving and customers satisfied across busy city streets and rural routes.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with Category C (HGV) entitlement
• Experience delivering plant or tool equipment
• Good understanding of Health & Safety procedures
• Ability to complete paperwork accurately

Responsibilities

• Load, deliver and collect hire equipment safely and professionally.
• Demonstrate kit on-site when required and ensure checks and paperwork are completed accurately.
• Navigate site logistics and maintain customer relations to keep projects moving.
