HGV Class 2 Driver (Part Time) (HGV2PARTTIME) Tamworth, England

Salary: GBP14.5 - GBP16.5 per hour

Note:This job is for Kenect Recruitment but will take place at our client’s worksites.

Kenect Recruitment is looking to hire a part-time HGV Class 2 driver near to Tamworth or surrounding areas!

Salary:£14.50 - £16.50 per hour (depending on end client). Plus, holiday pay accrued at a rate of 12.07%

About the role:

As a Kenect Recruitment delivery driver, you’ll be passionate about high-quality customer service for our valued clients and their customers. Core responsibilities include loading/unloading of goods, navigation and delivery, and ensuring quality of service, on time. Vehicle and fuel costs are covered by the client.

We are seeking a part-time HGV2 driver who can be available for 2-3 shifts per week and on occasions 5 days per week.

Please note:There is no guarantee of work. It’s as and when our clients require driver cover.

The all-important details:

• Start times are usually between 06.00 – 08.30am
• Part time, ad-hoc shifts between Monday and Friday
• Must be available to accept last minute, immediate work
• Between 3 –7 drops per shift depending on end client

• Mustbe prepared to travel to clients who are located in the Tamworth, Coventry, Birmingham, Hinckley and Coleshill areas
• Musthold a valid UK license for a minimum of 12 months
• Musthave experience driving a LGV2 vehiclewithin the last six months
• Musthave no more than 6 points on license for minoroffences
• Musthave a high-visibility vest and safety boots
• Holiday accrual
