HGV Class 2 Driver - New Pass Welcome

Are you looking for a stable, rewarding career with an expanding highways and drainage contractor? Vector is excited to represent our client, who is seeking experienced HGV Class 2 Drivers and HGV Drainage Engineers, to join their team near Heathrow.

The Role: HGV Class 2 Driver / Drainage Engineer

Starting on a temporary contract, this role has the potential to become permanent.

Responsibilities

• Drive and operate various HGV Class 2 drainage vehicles, including Vacuum Tankers, Liquid Waste Tankers, and Combi Units.
• Work closely with a skilled operative to assist in the operation of machinery for the clearance and maintenance of surface water and water drainage systems.
• You will be working for a variety of customers including commercial, domestic, and water boards, maintaining their drainage network.

Shift Patterns

Monday to Friday

• Day Shift – 5:30am / 6am – 3:30pm / 4pm
• Night Shift – 3:30pm / 4pm - 1:30am / 2am

Pay Rates

• Days – £14 - £14.41 per hour (PAYE) depending on experience
• Nights - £17.50 - £18.01 per hour (PAYE) depending on experience

Requirements

• HGV Class 2 Licence with valid CPC.
• New pass drivers welcome to apply.
