Job summary

Driver Hire Carlisle are recruiting for HGV Class 2 Driver (CAT C) in the Carlisle area for long-term ongoing work with ad hoc shifts. Multi-drop palletised deliveries with start times from 08:00am and 10–12 hour shifts are common. New passes accepted with potential temp-perm after 12 weeks.

Applicants must hold a valid Class 2 licence, CPC, Digi Card, and have no more than 6 penalty points. An assessment will be required for the role.

Qualifications

• Palletised multi-drop delivery experience preferred.
• Good communication and navigation skills helpful.

Responsibilities

• Accurately complete delivery paperwork in line with company and legal requirements.
