Job summary

Nationwide Platforms Ltd. is seeking an HGV Class 2 Driver to deliver and collect powered access machines on a low loader. The role offers full training, a 45-hour work week, and a benefits package including life assurance and health insurance.

You will hold an HGV Class 2 licence plus a CPC card, with strong customer service skills and a solid understanding of health and safety. Training and progression are encouraged within a leading UK specialist provider.

Qualifications

• HGV Class 2 licence and a full CPC card are required.
• Experience in customer-facing roles with a focus on safety and compliance is essential.
• Prior experience driving a low loader is preferred but full training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload machines safely using appropriate equipment.
• Secure loads and maintain load security during transit.
• Handover machines to customers and explain basic operation.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report issues.
• Comply with tachograph, driving time and vehicle safety regulations.
• Relay customer questions to the depot team as needed.
• Represent the company with high standards of customer care.
• Complete all relevant paperwork accurately and promptly.
