Job summary

The Staffing Network Ltd is recruiting experienced HGV Class 2 (LGV C) waste and recycling drivers for assignments in Bridgwater & Yate, Avon. The role covers kerbside household waste and recycling collections, with hands-on loading and outdoor work in all weather conditions.

Ongoing work with genuine temp to perm opportunities. Pay is £20.00 per hour (£22.49 including holiday pay), with overtime at x1.5 after 45 hours. NEW PASS WELCOME.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid HGV Class 2 (LGV C) licence.

Responsibilities

• Drive a HGV 2 vehicle safely and efficiently on collection routes.
• Load and unload household waste and recycling materials.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects.
• Follow Health & Safety and company procedures.
• Provide excellent service to customers and the community.
