Company Overview: White Logistics is an award-winning professional general haulage company based in Pershore, Worcestershire, operating throughout the UK. Due to continued fleet expansion, we are actively recruiting additional HGV Class 2 Drivers to join our friendly and supportive Transport Team.

Location: Ideal candidates will reside within 30 miles of Pershore (WR10), including Worcester, Droitwich, Evesham, Tewkesbury, Redditch, Bromsgrove, and surrounding areas.

Job Role: As an HGV Class 2 Driver at White Logistics, your role will primarily involve general haulage collections and deliveries throughout the UK. The position requires an average of 2-3 nights out per week; however, we may offer flexibility regarding overnight stays for suitable candidates.

Key Details:

• Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday
• Weekly Pay
• Newly Qualified/Inexperienced Drivers Welcome: Comprehensive ongoing training, mentoring, and professional development provided

Pay & Benefits:

• £13.95 per hour (Monday to Friday)
• £17.17 per hour (Saturday)
• £18.86 per hour (Sunday)
• £5.20 per hour additional pay for hours worked after 8 pm and before 4 am
• £26.00 tax-free Night Out Allowance (*subject to HMRC rules)
• Discretionary annual bonus of £250 payable upon completion of each full year of employment
• 28 days annual holiday (inclusive of Bank Holidays) plus an extra day for every completed year of work (up to 5)
