Job summary

DRIVERS TODAY in Stoke-on-Trent is recruiting reliable HGV Class 2 drivers for regular multi-drop work with immediate starts and ongoing assignments. This is an excellent opportunity for drivers seeking consistent, long-term work with a well-organised transport operation.

You'll perform daily vehicle checks, complete deliveries on time, secure loads, and maintain accurate delivery paperwork while communicating professionally with customers and the transport office.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid HGV Class 2/C licence.
• Driver CPC qualification required.
• Digital tachograph card holder.
• Good understanding of drivers’ hours regulations.
• Experience with multi-drop deliveries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily vehicle checks.
• Deliver goods safely and on time.
• Check and secure loads.
• Complete delivery paperwork accurately.
• Communicate professionally with customers and transport office.
• Adhere to Working Time Directive and drivers’ hours rules.
