HGV Class 2 Driver – Drainage Vehicles

The Role: HGV Class 2 Driver

Starting on a temporary contract, this role has the potential to become permanent for the right person.

Responsibilities

• Drive and operate an HGV Class 2 vehicle with vacuum hose and high-pressure water jetting equipment.
• Assist in the operation of machinery for the clearance and maintenance of roadside drains to prevent blockages and reduce flooding risk.

Shift Patterns

Monday to Friday

• Day Shift – 06:00-16:30

Pay Rates

Days – £13 - £14 per hour (PAYE)

Requirements

• HGV Class 2 Licence with valid CPC.
• Previous experience in highways or drainage work is beneficial.
• Willing to undertake the physical aspects of the work.
