Job summary

FM Conway is looking for an HGV Class 2 Driver to join our Water and Drainage Management team in Market Harborough. You will operate as part of a two-person crew using specialist vehicles to perform drainage maintenance, HPWJ, and emergency response work.

The role requires a Class 2 (Category C) Licence and a valid Driver CPC, with strong health and safety commitment. Training and support are provided to help you develop a long-term career with FM Conway.

Qualifications

• You’ll hold a Class 2 (Category C) Licence and a valid Driver CPC.
• Previous drainage experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Enjoy outdoor work and thrive as part of a close-knit team.

Responsibilities

• Carry out drainage services, including high-pressure water jetting, to inspect, clean and maintain networks.
• Respond to emergency callouts, resolving blockages and other drainage issues quickly and safely.
• Support planned and reactive maintenance to keep water flowing and minimise disruption.
• Accurately record completed work and identify follow-up actions.
• Use our app-based reporting system to update jobs and communicate with the team.
