Job summary

FM Conway Ltd is hiring an HGV Class 2 Driver to join our Water and Drainage Management team. Working in a two-person crew, you will operate specialist vehicles to carry out drainage operations from high-pressure water jetting to maintenance.

Ideal candidates hold a Class 2 (Category C) Licence and a valid Driver CPC, enjoy outdoor work, and commit to health and safety. Training and support will help you build a successful career with FM Conway.

Qualifications

• Hold a Class 2 (Category C) Licence and a valid Driver CPC.
• Strong commitment to health and safety.
• Willingness to learn and contribute to the team.
• Previous drainage experience is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Carry out drainage services, including high‑pressure water jetting (HPWJ) to inspect, clean and maintain drainage networks.
• Respond to emergency callouts, resolving blockages, overflows and other drainage issues safely.
• Support planned and reactive maintenance, keeping water flowing and minimising disruption.
• Accurately record completed work and identify follow-up actions.
• Use our app-based reporting system to update jobs and communicate with the wider team.
