Job summary

JT Recruit are currently looking for HGV Class 2 Drivers on behalf of our client in Alfreton (DE55). Immediate starts are available, working a regular Monday to Friday on an ongoing contract. Starting daily between 4am-7am. You will be delivering palletised goods locally and nationally.

Role specifics include curtain-side vehicles, 5–15 drops per shift, weekly bookings and ongoing work. Duties cover nationwide deliveries and collections with shifts ranging 8–12 hours and multipdrop duties.

Qualifications

• Full CPC, Tachograph and UK driving licence required.
• Maximum 6 penalty points (for minor offences).
• Minimum 2 years driving experience.
• Excellent English language proficiency.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver palletised goods locally and nationally.
• Operate curtain-side vehicles.
• 7–15 drops/collections per shift.
• Weekly bookings and ongoing work.
