HGV Class 2 Driver – Cage Deliveries (Mon–Fri)

Job summary

Pertemps Southampton is seeking reliable HGV Class 2 Drivers to start immediately in Eastleigh. The role is ongoing with a 06:00am to 15:00pm shift, Monday to Friday, paying £16.50 per hour PAYE. Start date ASAP.

You will deliver wholesale products across the south, load/unload cages, complete paperwork, and follow health and safety protocols. Candidates should have a valid UK licence category C/Class 2, CPC/Digi Tacho, safety boots and hi-vis, good communication, and previous driving experience.

Qualifications

• Valid UK Driving Licence (Max. 6pts)
• Category C / Class 2 entitlement
• Valid CPC/Digi Tacho
• Safety Boots & Hi-Vis
• Good communication skills and ability to follow written instruction
• Previous experience desired

Responsibilities

• Delivering wholesale products to customers across the south
• Loading/unloading cages/products onto and off vehicles
• Completing all paperwork accurately
• Following all health & safety protocols
• Manual handling will be required due to the nature of the role
