Booker Group is seeking delivery drivers to join our local delivery team. You will be loading stock at the branch, delivering to customers, and unloading at their premises, ensuring accurate paperwork and on-time service.

We offer 7-day operation with weekend work and overtime opportunities. Fully funded CPC training hours are provided to support your career development.

Formación

• Cat C / 18T Licence
• Previous experience of driving (at least two years)
• Previous experience of delivery driving is preferred
• Ability to carry out manual deliveries
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive customer service attitude
• Good level of literacy and numeracy

Responsabilidades

• Load stock into the vehicle at the branch and unload at the customer premises
• Ensure the paperwork is completed accurately
• Deliver locally to customers and build relationships with regular customers
• Aim for on-time deliveries with great service
• This is a 7 day operation and weekend work may be required

Do you want more local driving and be a valued member of a delivery team? This may be the role for you. You will enjoy a varied role driving locally as well as building relationships with our regular customers.

Our drivers are the beating heart of our business and you will play a vital role in ensuring customers receive their deliveries on time and with a great service.

This is a 7 day operation, our shift patterns may include some weekend working.

Making sure our customers are able to keep their shelves full with the products needed by their customers. You’ll be loading stock in to the vehicle at the Branch and unloading at the customer premises. You’ll also need to ensure the paperwork is completed accurately.

Cat C / 18T Licence

Previous experience of driving (at least two years)

Previous experience of delivery driving is preferred

Ability to carry out manual deliveries

Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive customer service attitude

Good level of literacy and numeracy
