Job summary

QS Recruitment is seeking a reliable Class 2 Driver to join a respected distribution business operating from Sheffield. The role focuses on safe, timely pallet deliveries across South Yorkshire with a Monday–Friday schedule.

You will perform daily vehicle checks, ensure compliance with transport regulations, and keep accurate delivery records. Temporary contract with predictable weekly earnings and 07:00 starts.

Qualifications

• To start immediately, you’ll need to provide the listed documents.
• A valid HGV Class 2 Driving Licence (Cat C).
• A valid Digital Tachograph Card.
• A Driver CPC qualification.
• No more than 6 penalty points on your licence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver palletised goods safely and on time across South Yorkshire.
• Follow planned routes and uphold professional conduct at every stop.
• Carry out daily vehicle inspections and complete required paperwork.

A fantastic opportunity has become available for Class 2 Drivers to join a highly regarded distribution business operating from Sheffield. With a strong reputation within the pallet network sector, this company continues to provide reliable logistics solutions to customers across the region and is looking for dependable drivers to support its growing operation.

In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of palletised goods to businesses and customers throughout South Yorkshire. Working on planned routes, you’ll play a key part in keeping deliveries running smoothly while representing the business in a professional manner at every stop.

Drivers will be required to carry out daily vehicle inspections, ensure all deliveries are completed in accordance with transport regulations, and accurately maintain delivery records and paperwork throughout each shift.

Duration: Take advantage of stable, ongoing employment with a consistent workload and reliable weekly earnings.

Contract Type: Temporary

Hourly Rate: Earn £17.00 per hour in a full-time, ongoing Class 2 driving role,with the added benefit of a Monday to Friday schedule and no weekend commitments.

Experience & Qualifications
