Job description

Job Overview:

Platinum People are recruiting for 10 x HGV Class 2 Driver at our client in Runcorn.

Duties:

1. Manual delivery of kegs to store rooms/cellars of pubs, bars, restaurants, casinos etc.
2. All vehicles are pre-loaded and routes pre-planned, 2 man delivery teams with a driver's mate for assistance.
3. Monday-Friday shift pattern 06:00 start.
4. Average 12-14 drops daily with average shift length between 8-11 hours.
5. Full induction including manual handling training given (paid after 3 weeks).
6. New passes considered.

Requirements:

1. Valid driving licence cat.C.
2. Experience as a delivery driver; training will be given.
3. Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and best practices for safe driving.
4. Ability to handle physical tasks associated with loading and unloading.

Pay HGV Class 2 Driver:

£17.33 ph - Monday-Friday - Including holiday pay.
