Join our team at Grant & Stone Merkko, a respected independent builder’s merchant serving the South East . With a commitment to quality products and exceptional customer service, we are part of the Independent Builders Merchant Group (IBMG), the largest independent merchant group in the South of England.

The Role

We are currently seeking a skilled HGV Class 2 HIAB Driver to join our team at Oxford Merkko Branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods and materials across various locations.

Specific Experience & Skills Required

- To transport goods and materials to designated locations
- Ensure safe and timely delivery of products
- Adhere to all relevant traffic laws and regulations
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle maintenance
- Assist with loading and unloading of goods when necessary

Requirements:

- HIAB Class 2 licence
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role
- Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills

The Hours

Week 1: Monday to Friday - 07:00 to 16:30

Week 2 : Monday to Friday - 07:00 to 16:30 &Saturdays 07:30 to 11:30
