Job summary

Resourcing Group is recruiting for an HGV 2 Driver based in Trafford Park, Manchester. Permanent role with salary to £44,808 plus overtime and extensive benefits. New passes welcome, with a £3,000 signing bonus and weekends off as standard.

You will start around 04:00–05:00, work min 48 hours weekly, completing 5–8 drops per day. You will operate a 2-man team, drive safely, and deliver to homes; heavy lifting is required.

Qualifications

• HGV 2 licence with max 6 points; no DR/DD/IN10s.
• CPC and Digi Tacho card required.
• Adhere to health and safety policies.
• Willing to undergo drug and alcohol testing and CRC check.

Responsibilities

• 2-man crew delivery - working with an experienced mate.
• Driving safely and professionally.
• Completing deliveries to customers' homes.
• Heavy lifting is required.

A bit about the role as an HGV 2 Driver

• 04:00 am - 05:00 am start times
• 48 hours per week minimum paid
• 5-8 drops per day

What you'll be doing

• 2-man crew delivery - working with an experienced mate
• Driving in a safe, professional manor
• Completing deliveries to customers homes
• Heavy lifting is required

HGV 2 Driver - The must haves

• HGV 2 Manual Licence. Max 6 points. No DR, DD, IN10's
• CPC & Digi Tacho Card
• Adhere to all health & safety policies
• Willing to have a Drug & Alcohol test and CRC check

Pay Rates & Benefits as an HGV 2 Driver

• £16.75 ph paye x 48 hrs per week min = £805 + Bonus
• £750 quarterly bonus
• Overtime £25.12 ph paid on the 6th shift
• Permanent salary £41,808 + £3000 bonus + benefits including CPC's, days off at Christmas, private health insurance, fun events, raffles with prizes including holidays & iPads
