Job summary

Workchain in Manchester is seeking an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver to join a busy operation. This full-time role offers weekday work, predictable start times, and competitive pay.

You will safely operate a Class 2 vehicle, complete deliveries across Manchester and surrounding areas, handle cash and carry deliveries, and finish paperwork accurately while complying with tachograph rules and health and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence.
• Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph card.
• Minimum of 1 year’s HGV driving experience.
• Strong understanding of UK driving regulations and best practices.

We are currently recruiting experienced and dependable HGV Class 2 Drivers for a busy operation based in Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity for drivers seeking consistent weekday work with competitive pay.

Hours & Pay:

Monday to Friday

Start times between 06:30am and 07:00am

40–50 hours per week

£16.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a Class 2 (Category C) vehicle
• Complete deliveries to various locations across Manchester and surrounding areas
• Carry out cash and carry deliveries
• Accurately complete all delivery paperwork
