Job summary

STARK Building Materials UK, via Jewson Lincoln, is seeking a HGV Class 2 driver with HIAB training provided. You will deliver building materials to customers, load and unload, and operate a vehicle-mounted crane when needed.

We offer a social work schedule, funded induction at our training academy, 34 days holiday, pension, life assurance and staff discounts. A positive, customer-first attitude is essential to join our friendly team.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid HGV Class 2 licence.
• CPC Card and Digi Tachograph card required.
• Experience with multidrop is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver building materials to customers.
• Load and unload goods and operate crane when required.
• Support team members and maintain high service standards.
• Be the face of the company during deliveries.

What to expect

As a customer delivery driver and the face of the company, we’ll need you to safely deliver building materials to our customers with a professional and friendly approach. Every day is different, from the number of drops you’ll do, to where you will be delivering. You’ll be loading and unloading, operating the crane and supporting team members when needed, offering you job satisfaction in an incredibly varied role.

What are we looking for?

• A valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
• A valid CPC Card and Digi Tachograph card
• Whilst multidrop experience is handy, it’s not a necessity
