Job summary

STARK Building Materials UK (Jewson Lytham St Annes) is seeking a customer delivery driver to join our depot team. You will safely deliver building materials to customers, load/unload, and operate a crane as part of a busy, varied role. Training and development are provided, with a supportive, collaborative work environment.

The role offers stable social hours and progression opportunities within a leading building materials group. A full induction and ongoing CPC training are included.

Qualifications

• A valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence.
• A valid CPC Card and Digi Tachograph card.
• Multidrop experience is handy but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver building materials to customers safely and professionally.
• Load and unload goods and operate the vehicle mounted crane.
• Support fellow drivers and team members to ensure efficient deliveries.

What to expect

As a customer delivery driver and the face of the company, we’ll need you to safely deliver building materials to our customers with a professional and friendly approach. Every day is different, from the number of drops you’ll do, to where you will be delivering. You’ll be loading and unloading, operating the crane and supporting team members when needed, offering you job satisfaction in an incredibly varied role.

What are we looking for?

• A valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
• A valid CPC Card and Digi Tachograph card
• Whilst multidrop experience is handy, it’s not a necessity
