Position: HGV Class 2 Driver / Airside Driver
Location: London Heathrow Airport
Payrate: £15.31 p/h - £28.74 p/h
Hours: Full-time, 4 on 2 off shift pattern, between 05:00 AM to 00:30 PM

We are offering a fantastic opportunity to kickstart your career in the cargo industry! Our prestigious client is based at London Heathrow Airport, seeking Airside Drivers to join their dynamic team.

As an HGV Class 2 Driver, you will receive:

1. Entry level payrate of £15.31 per hour / £31,800 per year
2. Overtime payrate between Monday - Friday £21.55 p/h and Weekends/Bank holidays payrate £28.74 p/h
3. Full-time hours with overtime opportunities available.
4. Flexible pay options: choose weekly or monthly pay.
5. Work-life balance with a 4 on 2 off shift pattern.
6. Free parking in a ULEZ-free zone.

As an HGV Class 2 Driver, your duties will include:

1. Driving HGV 2 vehicles within Heathrow Airport (Airside driving training provided).
2. Delivering and collecting airfreight cargo to and from aircraft.
3. Loading and unloading palletised items using specialist equipment.
4. Adhering to strict safety procedures while driving airside.

What we're looking for in an HGV Class 2 Driver:

1. Aged 21+ due to insurance requirements.
2. Valid UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 points.
3. HGV driving experience (Airside driving desirable but not essential).
4. A clean criminal record (DBS check required).
5. Ability to pass a driver's medical and colour vision assessment.
