Job description

We are currently seeking a HGV Class 2 Driver for our client, a Fine Art Transport Company located in London.

As the HGV Class 2 Driver, you will be responsible for the delivery and pickup of fine art goods throughout the UK. You will handle high-end goods, including physical lifting, handling, loading, and unloading.

Other duties include:

• General driving duties, ensuring legal compliance and best practices for delivery and collection
• Communicating with office staff to ensure smooth deliveries
• Ensuring vehicle loads are safe, damage-free, and properly secured
• Performing ad hoc duties as requested by management

The ideal candidate will have experience as an HGV Class 2 Driver within the Fine Art sector or related fields such as Shipping, Packing, Installation, or Storage. Holding a full HGV Class 2 or Class 1 license, a valid Drivers CPC, and experience driving Category C vehicles is essential. Experience handling high-end goods is preferred.
