Job summary

Class 1 Personnel is recruiting for a HGV Class 2 Driver based in Gatwick to deliver catering supplies to aircraft in a safe, compliant manner.

The role requires a Category C (Class 2) licence with Tacho and CPC cards, reliable and flexible to day 4 on 4 off (04:00-16:00) or night 4 on 4 off (18:00-06:00). UK work rights apply.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with Category C (Class 2) plus Tacho and CPC cards.
• Previous driving experience.
• Be able to provide last 5 years history.
• Be prepared to undergo UK criminal check.
• Flexible with shift timings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver catering supplies directly to aircraft safely and in line with Health & Safety guidelines.
• Operate on a 4 on 4 off schedule (day or night) and adapt to shift timings.
• Be able to get to location at all hours.

Class 1 Personnel are currently recruiting a HGV Class 2 driver for our hospitality and catering client based in Gatwick.

Class 2 Driver role mainly consists of delivering catering supplies directly to the aircraft in the safest way following all Health and Safety guidelines.

The Candidate:

To be considered for the HGV Class 2 Driver role in Gatwick you\'ll need to be able to demonstrate good attention to detail skills.

The ideal person for the HGV Class 2 Driver position would need the following:

• Full UK Driving Licence with Category C (Class 2) (Taco Card and CPC Card)
• Previous driving experience
• Be able to provide your last 5 years history
• Be prepared to undergo a UK criminal Check
• Hard working
• Keen and have a "can do attitude"
• Reliable
• UK right to work
• Proof of National Insurance
• Flexible with shift timings: DAY Shift: 4 on 4 off ( 04:00-16:00)
• NIGHT Shift: 4 on 4 off ( 18:00-06:00 and 00:0012:00)
• Be able to get to Location at all hours
