Booker is seeking a delivery driver to support local customer deliveries and stock replenishment across branches. You will be responsible for loading at the branch, delivering to customers, and ensuring paperwork is accurate.

The role includes weekend work on an Any 5 from 7 schedule and potential overtime opportunities. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and career opportunities within a large UK wholesale network.

Formación

• CatC / 18T Licence required.
• Previous driving experience of at least two years.
• Delivery driving experience preferred.
• Ability to carry out manual deliveries.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive customer service attitude.
• Good level of literacy and numeracy.

Our drivers are the beating heart of our business and you will play a vital role in ensuring customers receive their deliveries on time and with a great service.

Working on an “Any 5 from 7” contract, our shift patterns will include some weekend working.

You will be responsible for

Making sure our customers are able to keep their shelves full with the products needed by their customers. You’ll be loading stock in to the vehicle at the Branch and unloading at the customer premises. You’ll also need to ensure the paperwork is completed accurately.

You will need

CatC / 18T Licence

Previous experience of driving (at least two years)

Previous experience of delivery driving is preferred

Ability to carry out manual deliveries

Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive customer service attitude

Good level of literacy and numeracy
