HGV Class 2 Driver

Due to our continued growth, we are currently looking for an experienced Class 2 driver to join our team covering the Colchester area. Truck parking location will be in Rowhedge.

Hours of work will be 50 hours, Monday to Friday, with the opportunity for overtime and weekend work paid at competitive rates. There are also opportunities for permanent night shifts.

What will you be doing?

• Operating one of our many specialist vehicles at customer sites/areas collecting various waste streams from locations throughout the Colchester area.
• Completing daily vehicle and equipment checks.
• Ensuring all paperwork is kept up to date and submitted daily in accordance with company policy.
• Complying with all traffic laws and legislation.

What are we looking for?

• Class C (Cat C). If you are newly qualified, we also want to hear from you as we can support your development.
• Up to date DCPC - We can also support your training.
• A team player.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £37,050.00 per year
