HGV Driver - Bourne

Location: Bourne

Job Type: Permanent

We have exciting opportunities for Class 2 LGV/HGV drivers to join our well-respected team at Johnsons Hotel Linen. You will assist with the distribution of our linen from our Bourne distribution facility.

The shifts are 4 on 2 off with variable start times.

The Role

• Delivery and collection of clean and soiled linen
• Assisting with loading and unloading the vehicle
• Maintaining regular communication with the Transport Manager
• Unloading the vehicle upon return to the depot at the end of the delivery round
• Collecting soiled linen lists and submitting them to the service office
• Recording delivery time windows and obtaining signatures on delivery notes
• Liaising with customers and the office daily

Essential Criteria

The successful candidate must have a digital tacho card, a Class 2 driving licence, and be fully CPC qualified.

The role involves various shift patterns; flexibility in working hours, including weekends, is required. Start times will vary.
