Job summary

KPI Recruiting Ltd is seeking an HGV Class 2 Driver for immediate starts in Birmingham. You will drive between UK depots, with loading/unloading as needed, and options for ad hoc shifts, overtime, and ongoing temp-to-perm roles. Qualifications

• Must hold up-to-date HGV Class 2 licence, CPC and Digi tachograph.
• HIAB licence is required.
• No IN, DD or DR endorsements on licence.
• High visibility clothing and safety boots may be required.

Responsibilities

• Drive HGV Class 2 vehicle across the country to depots.
• Load and unload when needed; handball may be involved.
• Adhere to shift patterns (day or night) and overtime as available.

HGV Class 2 Driver - Immediate Starts - £16.50 an hour

KPI Recruiting are looking for a HGV Class 2 Driver for our client based in Birmingham. Our client is a leading provider in the delivery industry within the UK, with state-of-the-art vehicles and services provided! Our client is looking to add to their pool of HGV Class 1 drivers as they continue to grow and expand their team.

Job description:

• ADHOC or Shift work available
• Morning, Afternoon or Night Shift
• £16.50 per hour
• Ongoing and temp to perm opportunities
• Average of an 8 hour day
• Year-round positions
• Opportunity for overtime
• Drivers' benefits include - weekly pay, additional shifts within KPI driving contacts available, use of state-of-the-art vehicles.

Your role will include driving the HGV Class 2 vehicle across the country, delivering to different Depots across the UK. you will be required to load and unload when needed so handball can be involved.

Rates (PAYE) -

• £16.50 per hour days
• £17.92 per hour nights

The ideal candidate will need the following:

• All up to date driving licence, CPC and Digi along with HIAB licence
• No IN, DD, DR endorsements on licence
• Hi vis and safety boots
