Responsibilities include:

1. Completing an assessment followed by a 2-day induction (fully paid).
2. Working on an AM shift, ongoing, from Monday to Saturday, with rotas reflecting a rolling 5 out of 6 days schedule.
3. After this initial period, shifts will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis, with more shifts available based on availability.
